Incomplete cycle tracks pose risk

The new but incomplete cycle tracks along Dr Bhabha Marg in Surya Nagar — part of Ghaziabad’s trans-Hindon area — are a traffic hazard. Cyclists cannot use them because of frequent obstructions.
